Refund policy
As a small business, Glowii Kits will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the product(s) are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase. No refund will be made for kits where the product(s) have been opened, used or returned damaged.
All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping cost for a return is only covered if you received incorrect or faulty product(s).
Please email glowiikits@gmail.com with your order number, why you would like to return the product(s), and any complementary images to start the returns process. Please await approval before sending your package back, as we do not accept incoming returns that have not been approved by the team.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at glowiikits@gmail.com if any of the products are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or be sent a store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Change Of Mind
We will provide a store credit for any change of mind. We will not accept a change of mind return if the product(s) have been opened or used due to hygiene reasons.
Excluded Change of Mind Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns/refunds on clearance items or gift cards.
