Shipping policy

At Glowii Kits we aim to get your orders to you quickly, safely and with minimal fuss. Please read our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, and timelines within Australia.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately and includes all required details. Correct personal information, street numbers, unit/apartment numbers, and any other relevant information is essential for timely delivery.

Glowii Kits is not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided at checkout. If you have entered incorrect details, please reach out to glowiikits@gmail.com immediately so that we can update those details before the order is fulfilled. If the order has already been shipped, you may be able to use the shipping provider's redirection services (if offered).

Shipping Provider

All orders are shipped within Australia with Australia Post (AusPost) parcel services. We are able to ship to PO Boxes, however recommend using a residential or business address where possible to help avoid delivery delays.

Processing Time

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods and Time Frames

  • Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days from dispatch
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days from dispatch

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • Parcel size and weight

  • The delivery service selected (Standard or Express)

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out!

Shipping fees are non-fundable, unless the products/items are faulty.

Stolen Parcels

We take great care in processing and dispatching your orders, however please note that we are not responsible for parcels that are stolen after delivery.
